~ In The Garden ~

There is something so compelling and thrilling about being in God's created world. Alone, in His wonderful garden ... that is where I hear His voice and feel His touch so strongly!

What a privilege and joy there is to be found while I am held securely beneath the heavens standing, walking, working or seated upon the earth and amidst all the scents, textures, sights and sounds God provides!

All of my time spent in the space given me to tend ahere on earth the best I can is precious time for me as I think back to a most amazing and miraculous event which took place and was recorded over 2000 years ago. I can never fully take it in yet I know it is a tiny sample of the awesomeness which must have been Mary's experience when first encountering her 'Rabboni' and now our risen Saviour, in the Garden of Gethsemane!

"Yeshua says to her, “Woman, why are you weeping? Who are you looking for?” 
Thinking He’s the gardener, she says to Him, “Sir, if You’ve carried Him away, tell me where You’ve put Him, and I will take Him away.” 
Yeshua says to her, “Miriam!”

Turning around, she says to Him in Aramaic, “Rabboni!” (which means Teacher).

Yeshua says to her, “Stop clinging to Me, for I have not yet gone up to the Father. Go to My brothers and tell them, ‘I am going up to My Father and your Father, to My God and your God.’”

Miriam from Magdala comes, announcing to the disciples, “I’ve seen the Lord,” and what He had said to her." John 20:15-18 TLV
