Dear friends,
I greet you with great anticipation as this new month of May opens before us.
May we call upon our God Almighty for the wisdom, courage, peace and strength which He alone can impart so that we might take bold steps forward for Him, discerning each step of the way.
Let us together and wholeheartedly seize this time as a new opportunity given once again by El Shaddai. May we have ears to hear as He tells us things only He knows and then empowers us to do and say for the furtherance of the Gospel.

I know your heart leaps for joy as you sing songs of praise! Do you have a favorite hymn? I have a book that tells the history of hymns - Then Sings My Soul. Most written out of adversity.
ReplyDeleteHymns of praise with or without musical accompaniment are uplifters of our souls! Your book sounds terrific. I have several in my library as well. One on my current 're-read list' is 'How Sweet The Sound' by Laura L. Smith, The Power & Promise of 30 Beloved Hymns.
